Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can. However, due to the limited availability of our services and the demand for reservations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period

You may cancel your reservations without penalty up to 14 days before the scheduled date of your reservation.

2. Cancellation Fee

If you cancel your reservations less than 14 days before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee will apply. You will be responsible for paying the full amount of your reservation.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your reservations, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@chaniaboatparty.gr

Please provide your reservation details, including the date and type of reservation, to expedite the cancellation process.

4. Refunds

Refunds for cancellations made within the 14-day period are not available. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking. Refund for cancellations made before the 14-day period are available only via email at info@chaniaboatparty.gr providing the Reservation Name, Date, your IBAN, Swift/Bic Code, and Bank Name.

5. No-Shows

Failure to cancel your reservations and not showing up on the scheduled date (“no-show”) will result in the full amount being charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking.

6. Changes to Reservations & Bad Weather

Changes to reservations, including date changes or modifications, are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your reservations.
